Prioritize, delegate, execute, and support daily tasks to ensure a world-class guest experience and team accountability. Guide guests through the Sonder experience, ensuring they have an amazing first impression. Communicate cross-functionally clearly and with compassion. Own and update standard operating procedures to support the team. Assist in continuous improvement project design and implementation. Analyze market trends to optimize operations and proactively address potential guest issues. Work with City Operations Leadership to identify new opportunities to elevate operations for guests and the city team. Who We Look For Previous experience managing direct reports; hospitality experience is a plus. Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and deliver with a focus on driving team performance through coaching, training, and accountability. Strong people management skills, inspiring engagement and proactivity. Excellent communication skills, able to define clear action steps and delegate effectively. Initiative and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Embraces technology for team management and collaboration, motivated to adopt new technologies. Ability to establish positive relationships. Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment. Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Google Suite). Physical ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Hospitality knowledge is a plus. Experience in a startup environment is preferred. Flexible schedule, able to work nights and weekends as required.
