This is a recruitment pool for Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time, and Casual appointments. Fixed Term appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s). This is an “open-ended” recruitment pool, and the following should be noted: The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and will assess on a regular basis. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30 June 2026 . What is our Clinical Nurse role? As part of the Community Adult Mental Health Service, the Clinical Nurse functions as a case manager in a multidisciplinary team. This role is responsible for the clinical management of consumers and families/carers in nominated areas, and provides consultation to staff, consumers, families/carers, and other services. Additionally, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for assessment of consumers in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialist as necessary. The Community Adult Mental Health Service is a State Government health service providing specialist mental health assessment and treatment for people with mental health needs living in the community. Area Profile NMHS Mental Health and Dental Health Services (MHDHS) is the State’s largest mental health service, providing youth, adult, older adult, forensic, and statewide mental health services in various settings, including inpatient services, community mental health centres, day therapy, outreach, and in people's homes.
