As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Provide the overall framework within which technical solutions reside, including tools and platforms based on TDB and our technology strategy (including SaaS) Define platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring accuracy Develop high-level tech strategies aligned with the Tech community, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, 18 months) Drive architectural initiatives through enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis Maintain enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunity logs Document high-level targets at the domain level within the Tech Strategy Engage with the business community on program discoveries Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity Support product delivery outcomes by high-level impact analysis Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery changes Maintain platform integrity across all delivery outcomes Create and foster a collaborative Architecture Community Collect and analyze innovative ideas and technologies for business use Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HBX at tech events Improve architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms You will have the opportunity to work in a company undergoing significant change to become the world's leading travel services provider.
