With products already serving hundreds of thousands of users, we're gearing up to launch several more across different categories in 2025. As the Head of Finance at Blackboard, you'll be handling our financial department to help us scale our operations seamlessly. You'll be working on a variety of different tasks regarding finance and accounting. Commitment & contract Full-time / part-time. Location Milan (Italy) or remote. What you'll do: General accounting management Management of payments to employees / contractors / withholdings Financial monthly/quarterly reporting Accounting for tax incentives (e.g. Patent Box, etc.) Tax optimization Expense management and optimization Electronic invoicing Currency exchange management What we're looking for: Experience in the tech industry Strong understanding of Italian accounting laws A generalist set of skills to handle a variety of different tasks What we offer: More ownership and autonomy than anywhere else you've worked before Stock options: Benefit from our competitive stock option program Company retreats to exciting locations worldwide Previous experience in a similar line of work is required.
