Personal Cruise Consultant Aim of the position As a Personal Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting future cruises onboard to our Guests in accordance with Company goals and procedures. Key responsibilities include: Promoting activities and special offers to Guests Participating in onboard events, excursions, and gala events to make contact with Guests Leading presentations about cruise products and itineraries Supporting ship visits organized by Travel Agents upon request Managing back-office activities such as bookings Job Requirements Secondary school diploma Experience in sales and/or customer care German or French at B2 level Experience in tourism is a plus We are excited to have you join our team!
