You will also shape guest experiences and nurture your team. Key Responsibilities: Drive overall operational and business performance. Develop team structures with clear responsibilities. Collaborate with the Board to set goals and OKRs. Lead teams to achieve set OKRs. Establish and communicate operational standards. Ensure team adherence to standards and mission alignment. Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with licensing laws and safety regulations. Talent & Financial Management: Lead annual planning and budgeting. Manage profit and loss responsibilities. Analyze sales data and optimize costs and marketing. Develop staff training and development plans. Oversee staffing, hiring, and training processes.
