Receptionist - Durban

Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean and organised reception area Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Support the office team with ad-hoc tasks as required Requirements Matric certificate or equivalent qualification Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role (non-negotiable) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (non-negotiable) Must be available immediately (non-negotiable) Strong verbal and written communication skills Well-presented with a professional demeanor Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to handle pressure calmly Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
