D365 F&O Systems Expert

We are looking for a skilled D365 F& O Systems Expert to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial systems and project management to support the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules. This is a long-term contract position within the hospitality industry, offering an opportunity to collaborate across departments and drive impactful solutions. Major focus of this role is testing and configurationResponsibilities:- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules to meet business needs and enhance functionality.- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, supply chain and technical developers, to ensure seamless system integration and efficient workflows.- Lead data migration efforts, including activities such as data mapping, cleansing, and validation.- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness and address any issues before deployment.- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.- Monitor operations within the system, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable system enhancements.- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365F& O).- Strong expertise in configuring and managing Finance and Operations/Supply Chain modules.- Proven track record in financial project management within complex organizations.- Experience leading data migration activities, including mapping and validation.- Proficiency in facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to address system challenges effectively.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
