Job Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager t o lead the execution of multiple ICI (industrial, commercial, and institutional) projects. This role is crucial in ensuring project delivery meets scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The Construction Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of multiple construction projects, from initial planning and client interactions to project execution across various job sites. With a focus on technically demanding ICI (industrial, commercial, and institutional) projects, the PM ensures adherence to Company and industry standards and champions the delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets. Beyond project management, this role actively contributes to pricing strategies for new project opportunities. Leadership, effective communication, and adept problem-solving are central to the PM's responsibilities, driving project success while consistently adding value to stakeholders and the internal team. Duties and Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met. Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates while ensuring timely progress reporting. Supervise subcontractors, coordinate procurement of materials, and manage contract negotiations and revisions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety protocols. Monitor and control project costs, manage change orders, and ensure all work aligns with company and client expectations. Lead team meetings, provide project updates, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Perform other duties as required to support successful project execution. Qualifications & Skills Required Three to five years of Construction Project Management experience Certification in Project Management Knowledge of Ontario Construction Regulations Experience in regulating a positive Health and Safety environment and demonstrating a Safety-First focus attitude Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and related Building Codes Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Highly proficient in MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel Proven ability to keep projects on track and complete them in a timely manner Ability to anticipate and deal with obstacles that may arise Knowledge and understanding of costing and budgeting Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus pay Benefits: Company events Dental care Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: ICI: 3 years (required) Project Management: 3 years (required) Canadian Construction: 6 years (required) Government projects: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: PMP License (required) Work Location: In person
