Babysitter wanted for childcare in Toronto

Hi there! We are a young family living in East York (near Pape and Danforth) and have two small boys (1 and 3). With our demanding jobs, we are looking for some weekend help so we have a chance to rest, recuperate, and plan for the week ahead. We can be flexible with hours and timings, but would love help for at least 4 hours on Saturday (9:30 - 1:30ish?) and 6-8 hours on Sundays. Again, we can be flexible based on what works for you. We are a diverse, fun-loving, and values-forward family where love, connection, and compassion is critical. We believe in letting our children grow, learn, and explore on their own, developing their intrinsic motivation by not praising them too much, and cultivating an attitude of gratitude, kindness, and generosity towards others.
