This position provides an excellent opportunity to gro w and develop with a thriving contractor whilst working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Estimator Duties & Specification: Pricing extension & refurbishment projects Quantifying price for labour & material uplift Obtain supplier quotes Prepare full submission from enquiry to submission. The ideal candidate will come from a trades background with first hand knowledge of construction processes and able to price using first principles. Our Client is offering Basic salary circa £55,000 with a potential uplift post 3 month probation Brand new company vehicle 28 days holiday 1 off for your Birthday Bonus Scheme following probation Medical care and more!
