Commercial Property Solicitor, London, 2-3 PQE

We are instructed on a new opportunity with one of our key clients for a Commercial Property solicitor in London, to work for a broad range of clients on a wide variety of matters. Those matters will include landlord and tenant and asset management, development projects, investment sales and purchases, as well as the real estate aspects of property finance. Clients include some of London's largest estate owners, leading hotel operators and many wealthy investor individuals and families across the world, including from USA, the Middle East and Asia. The suitable candidate will have a strong academic background and will have acquired experience from a reputable City or regional firm. Real Estate Finance experience would be an advantage, but is not a necessity. The successful candidate will be expected to assist Partners with business development initiatives and to begin to build their own professional network.
