The Role: Crafting and assembling high-quality bespoke joinery Reading and interpreting technical drawings with precision Working with a variety of materials, including hardwoods, laminates, and solid surfaces Ensuring impeccable attention to detail and superior craftsmanship Collaborating with a dedicated team in a well-equipped workshop Occasionally assisting with on-site installations What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a joiner, ideally within the staircases or bespoke interiors sector Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality Competence in using a range of woodworking tools and machinery A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for design Whats in it for You?
