Gas Engineer

I am currently assisting my client within Northampton who are looking to recruit for 2 Gas Engineers to assist with improving the gas compliance within both tenanted and voided properties. The most suitable candidates will ideally have local authority or Housing Association experience, particularly across a gas and repairs background. Responsibilities Undertake individual or joint gas installation and maintenance tasks within the allocated area of work. All to be carried out in accordance with the current RAMS/SSOW. Complete reports/certification, order materials and or request follow on work on mobile devices. Requirements CCN 1 Core gas safety element Hold current gas registration. CPA1, CKR1, CENWAT 1, MET 1, HTR 1, Range Cooker, Unvented hot water. Practical experience of Gas installations and Repairs.
