About the Role The Process Technologist is responsible for managing the transition of concept-approved products into full-scale production. Working with a variety of cuisines, the role ensures customer requirements, product specifications, and food safety standards are met. You'll play a key role in factory trials, pre-production activities, and launches, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality results. This is 12 month Fixed Term Contract for maternity cover. Key Responsibilities: Manage factory trials, ensuring technical, safety, and legal compliance Lead pre-production and product launches to ensure smooth transitions to production Oversee customer quality panels, approvals, and quality contracts Collaborate on New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD), and Value Optimisation (VO) initiatives Balance factory work, administrative tasks, and sample preparation About You This role is perfect for a food enthusiast with a passion for product development, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
