Our General Manager, Emilee, is looking for a talented Head Chef to join the team and lead the kitchen. What You’ll Be Doing: Take complete ownership of the food operation at Crown Wharf Develop, train and work alongside the kitchen team to deliver an amazing Brewery Tap Menu. Champion the use of high-quality ingredients and build strong supplier relationships. Implement systems to ensure consistent, high-quality food and professional kitchen standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment. Control food and labour costs effectively to achieve targets. Oversee stock management through portion control, waste reduction and accurate ordering. Working closely with the General Manager for events and strategic planning. Who We’re Looking For: A passionate, hands-on leader with experience in a high-volume kitchen Proven ability to manage time, work under pressure and provide consistently top-quality food A real passion for great pub food and outstanding customer service Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Excellent planning and time management abilities. Candidate must have a valid Food Hygiene qualification.
