Assistant Fleet Manager

Job description Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Fleet Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our Fleet and Shop Responsibilities Data entry of all machines, tools, autos , and Equipment into our fleet management Software HCS Management of our Shop Parts and inventory coordinating dispatch for machine pickup and delivery to and from our Jobsites. Vendor relations with new and current vendors including negotiating Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative fleet role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
