TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PICU RN in Lake Charles, Louisiana, 70601! Pay Information $2,236 per week About The Position Job Title: PICU RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: PICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred License: LA State or Compact RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: Experienced PICU RN Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specialized in PICU. Candidates will work three 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Rotating weekends are required. Floating to pediatrics and NICU may occur if census is down. A minimal number of requests for time off during the first two weeks of the assignment is expected. Any requests for time off must be approved and documented prior to the start of the assignment. Candidates must comply with floating policies and undergo appropriate orientation when floating. Medical or religious exemptions for the flu vaccine are permitted. Two years of experience is preferred. First-time travelers are accepted. The unit scrub color is navy blue. Modules required for the position are non-billable.
