Syracuse, NY | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Start Date: June 30 End Date: September 28 Excessive time off and fixed weekly schedules will not be approved Position Overview: ACI Health is seeking a Registered EEG Technologist (REEGT) to join our dedicated neurodiagnostic team. In this essential role, you’ll perform routine EEGs for patients across all age groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings. We're looking for someone who brings precision, compassion, and professionalism to every scan. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Perform EEGs on neonatal through geriatric patients in line with ASET standards ✔ Measure and apply electrodes with accuracy for both adult and pediatric patients ✔ Analyze and document EEG waveforms and patterns ✔ Interact compassionately with patients and families to ensure comfort and understanding ✔ Edit and process 24-hour EEG data for physician interpretation ✔ Input raw EEG data into the system, preparing reports for neurologists ✔ Maintain EEG equipment, restock acquisition stations, and log any malfunctions ✔ Adhere strictly to hospital and departmental policies and safety protocols Detail-oriented and organized Skilled in patient interaction and technical communication Comfortable with EEG software and digital documentation Able to work independently while collaborating with the broader healthcare team Join ACI Health and help us deliver the highest quality neurodiagnostic care to patients in need.
