Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:30a-4p with call duties · Practice Setting: Veterans Affairs Medical Center · Types of Cases: Urology · Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): CERNER · Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) · Licensure Required: Any Unrestricted State License Facility Location Tucked away in the scenic hills of West Virginia, Clarksburg is truly a unique southeastern city.
