What You’ll Be Doing • Making people feel welcome —whether it’s a long-time member or a first-time visitor, your energy will set the tone. • Solving small tech problems —Wi-Fi issues, printer troubles, digital access… nothing too complex, but enough to make someone’s day easier. • Keeping things running smoothly —answering questions, handling check-ins, and making sure the space feels just right. • Supporting events & community moments —helping set up for small gatherings, concerts, or talks (no event planning experience required, just a willingness to help). • Connecting the dots —between people, ideas, and opportunities within Volubilis. Requirements You don’t need to have a perfect CV or years of experience in coworking spaces. But this role could be a great fit if: ✅ You like people —you don’t have to be an extrovert, but you enjoy small conversations and making others feel comfortable. ✅ You speak Spanish and English fluently (an extra European language is a plus). ✅ You’re curious & proactive —you like figuring things out and making small improvements. ✅ You’re comfortable with technology —you don’t need to be an IT expert, but setting up a printer or fixing Wi-Fi shouldn’t scare you. ✅ You care about sustainability, creativity, and community —not as a job requirement, but because it resonates with you.
