Job Description
TBO.COM, an international award-winning travel tech organization, is looking for a top talent Operation FIT Specialist in the Travel Industry to join our team. Please apply only if you're fluent in English and Italian and have experience in the Travel Industry. Job Description: Operational handling of online reservations for hotels, flights, car rentals, transfers, etc. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments. Handle bookings and cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Receive incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and manage reservations with special requests. Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using outgoing calls to find and agree on the best resolutions. Demonstrate creative thinking and be results-oriented, with the ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Operate multiple online systems simultaneously, providing service to travel agents. Responsible for solving operational and administrative cases/tasks from A-Z. Qualifications: Service-oriented personality with high communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian. Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented. Capable of solving problems and managing multiple tasks efficiently by activating all resources. Experience working B2B with travel agents or business professionals in the industry. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, products, systems, and company procedures. Working proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work night shifts, as well as evening and weekend shifts. The ability to work as a Consultant (VAT) is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
