Job Description
TBO.COM, an international award-winning travel tech organization, is looking for a top talent Operation FIT Specialist to join our Italian team. Responsibilities: Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments. Handle bookings and cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Assist travel agents via incoming calls, managing reservations with special requests. Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and individuals to find the best resolutions through outgoing calls. Handle complicated cases with creative thinking, coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Operate multiple online systems simultaneously to provide service to travel agents. Resolve operational and administrative cases/tasks from start to finish. Qualifications: Service-oriented personality with high communication skills, fluent in English and Italian. Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented problem solver. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, activating all resources needed. Experience working B2B with travel agents or industry professionals. Quick adaptability to new technologies, products, systems, and procedures. Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus. Availability to work night shifts, evenings, and weekends. Experience as a VAT Consultant is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
