Position Overview The selected resource will join the Minor Hotels Europe & Americas Finance & Administration Department based in Milan. They will support the Financial and Administration Team and the Head of Finance in accounting, administrative, and tax activities, including working on financial statement processes and business tax compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping and periodic accounting requirements for monthly tax reporting Support annual fiscal declarations, periodic tax obligations, and tax payments Maintain relationships with external tax consultants and auditors Conduct tax analysis for budgeting and forecasting Review fiscal procedures and monitor updates in local tax legislation, identifying issues and potential benefits for the local team Assist with fiscal and administrative project tasks Interact daily with HQ colleagues, other business units abroad, and the Shared Service Center Candidate Profile Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Three to five years of experience in a similar role Familiarity with IFRS and Generally Accepted Accounting Standards Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus Proficient in Excel and MS Office; SAP and HFM experience is advantageous Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with a motivation to learn and handle a variety of tasks, from routine to complex Why Join Us?
