TBO.COM - an international award-winning travel tech organization, is looking for top talent for the position of Operation FIT Specialist in the Travel Industry to join our team. Requirements: Fluent in English and Italian Experience in the Travel Industry Job Description: Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rentals, Transfers, etc. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments. Handle bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Assist travel agents via incoming calls, manage reservations with special requests. Negotiate with customers and suppliers to find the best resolutions. Handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Operate multiple online systems simultaneously, providing service to travel agents. Resolve operational and administrative cases/tasks from start to finish. Qualifications: Service-oriented with high communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in French is a plus. Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented. Experience working B2B with travel agents or industry professionals. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, systems, and procedures.
