The resort comprises three hotels: Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia, Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia Curio Collection by Hilton, and the Hotel Village with 240 rooms. As the Cluster Director of Hotel Operations, you will manage daily hotel operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service, alignment with brand standards, and achievement of financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily hotel operations, including seasonal and strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, policy compliance, capital and property improvements, guest relations, and internal communications. Ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards, including Forbes 5-star service protocols and Hilton Quality Assurance standards. Drive financial performance, identify operational efficiencies, and implement measures to maximize profitability. Oversee the hotel's quality processes, including goal communication, team empowerment, service recovery, and problem resolution. Develop and monitor team member performance, especially department heads and managers, through feedback, coaching, career development, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
