This role will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar positions within luxury hotels, with a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. Manage daily front-of-house operations, including supervising staff and coordinating logistics. Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Present menus, make recommendations, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Stay informed about hotel offerings, including promotions and events. To succeed in this role, you should possess: Previous experience as a Service Coordinator or equivalent in a luxury hotel environment. Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; background in F&B or related field preferred. Calm, organized work style, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of hotel management systems, such as Selz PMS, required.
