Customer Service Executive (Travel Industry)

TBO.COM - an international award-winning travel tech organization, is looking for a top talent Operation FIT Specialist in the Travel Industry to join our team. Job description : Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments. Handle bookings and cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Receive incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and manage reservations with special requests. Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using outgoing calls to find and agree on the best resolutions. Be a creative thinking and results-oriented candidate with the ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Operate multiple online systems simultaneously, providing service to travel agents. Responsible for solving operational and administrative cases/tasks from A-Z. Qualifications : Service-oriented personality with high communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian. Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented work style, capable of solving problems. Ability to control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiently resolve cases. Experience working B2B with travel agents and business professionals in the industry. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products/systems, and company procedures. Working proficiency in English & French; any additional languages are a plus. Ability to work night shifts and/or evening/weekend shifts. The ability to work as a Consultant (VAT) is a plus.
