Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will help our customers and prospects understand how to use the Mia-Platform Suite. You will be a trusted and responsible advisor to a wide range of users from small to large enterprises. Key Responsibilities Work with the R&D product management team to convey the perception of the product roadmap and priorities; Improve our product’s demo and customer-facing internal technical enablement for sales teams to enhance understanding of core use cases and self-sufficiency in early deal stages; Engage in pre-sales activities for target enterprise accounts, including new business, expansion, and account management for Mia-Platform suite and project services; Main industry focus: financial services; Collaborate closely with our Mia-Platform Academy to improve developer training and product documentation. Participate in meet-ups, public speaking, and advocacy activities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of software development experience. High confidence working with cloud-native environments. Good knowledge of DevOps technologies Excellent knowledge of cloud providers such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, and OpenShift solutions. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically MySQL and MongoDB. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
