Job Description
TBO.COM - an international award-winning travel tech organization is looking for top talent Operation FIT specialist in Travel Industry to join our Italian team. Please apply only if you're fluent in English Italian and have experience in the Travel Industry. Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments. Handle bookings / cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Receive incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations with special requests. Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using outgoing calls to find and agree on best resolutions. Be a creative, results-oriented candidate with the ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Operate several online systems simultaneously, providing service to travel agents. Be responsible for solving operational and administrative cases / tasks from start to finish. Qualifications : Service-oriented persona with high communication skills, fluent in English Italian. Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented work style, with problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiently resolve cases. Experience working B2B with travel agents / business professionals in the industry. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products / systems, and company procedures. Working proficiency in English & French; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to work night shifts and/or evening/weekend shifts. Ability to work as a VAT Consultant is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
