As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency. Responsibilities Provide the overall framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS) Define platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogues, ensuring their accuracy Develop high-level tech strategy with the Tech community, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, 18 months) Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log Document tech strategy with high-level targets at the domain level Engage with the business community on program discoveries Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms Participate in high-level design reviews to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analyses Support the Product Community in delivery outcomes Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution Create a collaborative Architecture Community, fostering innovative ideas and technologies Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HBX at tech events Improve architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms You will have the opportunity to work for a company undergoing significant change to become the world's leading travel services provider.
