We Appreciate In Our Employees At least 18 months of experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with 12 months in store management. Knowledge of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management, and strong training skills. Degree in management preferred. Analytical skills to maximize store profitability, effective communication, goal and process orientation, decision-making, and time management. Leadership ability to plan, organize, coach, and motivate teams to deliver excellent customer experiences. Fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office and Power BI. Your Activities Build and lead a diverse and inclusive team through recruiting, coaching, and motivating, serving as a role model. Own your learning and development, completing trainings and applying skills on the shop floor. Create a high-performance culture by setting expectations, analyzing data, and driving improvements to maximize store profitability. Manage operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment, and Inventory. Ensure compliance with HR, legal, and company policies to maintain a safe and productive environment for customers and staff.
