Job Description What you’ll do Support the operation of a lively and fast-paced bar, day and night. Contribute ideas to develop our menu, innovate our bar concept, and stay ahead of trends. Master our product knowledge and systems. Create beverages suited to various moods, from soft drinks to seasonal cocktails. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Lead by example, uphold service standards, and foster team growth and development the Hox way. Qualifications What we’re looking for Individuals seeking a place to be authentic; no clones in suits here. Passion for hospitality—whether it’s drinks, meals, events, or accommodations. A positive attitude and desire to leave guests with memorable experiences. Humility, teamwork, and a willingness to try new things. A fun, supportive team player who enjoys working together and sharing laughs. Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Bartender, with strong wine and cocktail knowledge. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence behind the bar. Strong stock management skills. Genuine passion, leadership abilities, and the ability to create an environment where the team can excel.
