HR Recruitment, Selection & Training Manager For our client, we are looking for passionate, dynamic, and customer-oriented Shop Managers to join an international team onboard cruise ships. What You’ll Do Onboard As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the entire retail area of the ship, coordinating operational, sales, and visual merchandising activities. Your main responsibilities will include: Achieving and exceeding sales and service targets; Creating a memorable and engaging shopping experience for guests; Managing and motivating a multicultural team of sales associates, specialists, and supervisors; Optimizing display spaces and product organization; Coordinating merchandise loading/unloading and maintaining cleanliness in retail areas; Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports and voyage feedback; Collaborating with onboard and shore-based management. Requirements Proven experience in retail (preferably in fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors); Team management and leadership skills; Customer-focused mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong organizational skills; Training in sales techniques and visual merchandising; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems; Fluent English (B2 level) and a second European language (Italian, French, German, or Spanish – B2 level); Availability to live and work onboard for the full contract duration (5 months); Possession of STCW certificate is highly preferable. If not, willingness to obtain STCW certificate prior to embarkation (in-person course in the passport-holder's country) is required. The process takes approximately 1.5 to 2 months. What We Offer Onboard contract of 5 months (/- 1 month); Free single cabin, meals, and accommodation; Round-trip travel expenses covered by the company; STCW course reimbursement at the end of the first contract; Monthly gross salary: €2,773 gross bonus: €1,350; Work schedule: 7 days a week, 8–11 hours per day, divided into 2/3 shifts; Access to onboard recreational areas: gym, bar, internet point, discounts, and family benefits; Opportunities for professional growth in an international environment.
