About the Role: Organize and coordinate business trips for non-governmental organizations (NGOs), third-sector entities, and humanitarian missions in complex and multi-country contexts. Manage flight, train, hotel, car rental, and accessory bookings, adapting each itinerary to meet operational and logistical requirements. Ensure compliance with client policies, focusing on cost management, complex routes, and flexible pricing. Provide continuous support to travelers, promptly managing changes, cancellations, emergencies, and refund requests. Identify and propose advantageous and reliable solutions, even in high-risk or underserved destination scenarios. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and coordinated operational workflows. Requirements: Operational experience using at least one Global Distribution System (GDS). Proficiency in Italian and English (additional languages considered an asset). Diploma in secondary school (Tourism Diploma appreciated). Knowledge of geographic locations and major airlines. Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours) with organized schedules that may include weekends and holidays. Precision, reliability, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation.
