About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Milan. As Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the luxury hospitality market. Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales and marketing goals and strategies aligned with our brand's business strategy; Handle budgets for miscellaneous sales activities and promotions; Identify sales opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and forecasting projected business; Analyze overall monthly property performance and provide summary reports with recommendations to improve short, middle, and long-term strategies; Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates; Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives; Manage relationships with external organizations (advertising, public relations agencies, market research firms, etc.). Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry (5* hotel or resort); Fluent in Italian and English; Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the brand at international events and fairs; Good understanding of the Milan market and local hospitality landscape; Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in luxury hospitality environments; Availability to travel.
