Reporting to the Head Chef, the incumbent assists the chef and cooks with their tasks. They help prepare cold dishes and desserts, cut and peel vegetables and fruit, plate dishes, prepare meal carts, and participate in the maintenance of equipment and the kitchen with the rest of the team. Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and every other weekend.
