Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Welcoming and greeting clients, answering phone calls that come through the main switchboard- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors - Managing and following up on work flow through the front reception area including boardroom, and kitchen area - Boardroom scheduling for numerous boardrooms and processing courier packages and catering requests- Maintaining office supplies, including kitchen - Performing administrative tasks as requested- Liaising with vendors, clients and staff to represent the organization in a highly professional manner- Executing other responsibilities as requiredQualifications:- Postsecondary degree or related is an asset - Previous reception/administrative experience in a professional corporate environment is ideal- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook- Great attitude, ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pro-active attitude - Ability to work well within a team environment and independently- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail If interested, please send your resume as a Word document to Patricia Flores to the following address: patricia.flores@quantum.ca.REFER AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
