Job Description Job Description Self-Direction DSP - Eastwood Area (Job JO-ML) Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Mentor (DSP/1:1 support staff) to support a bright and active man with a developmental disability. He and his family are looking for a Mentor to assist him with working on his goals both at home and in her community. Goals include: • Health and fitness - going out in the community and being active walking • Social skills - making community connections and friendships • Independent living skills - grocery shopping, cooking, personal care tasks • Participating in volunteer work and community activities Seeking a DSP who is reliable, enthusiastic, creative, and active. Related experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Please respond with resume or summary of experience. Candidate must possess a keen sense of attention to detail, especially when electronically logging each day's time, mileage, and service documentation. DSP must have a valid email address. Hours and days of work Weekdays - flexible Pay rate: $ 19.75 per hour when providing direct support.
