This is a high-impact, high-visibility assignment for IR physicians who thrive in fast-paced hospital environments, appreciate broad case variety, and value working across multiple institutions within one health system. This position requires an IR professional with strong foundational procedural experience who is comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with other Radiologists and hospital staff. Call is optional but preferred for candidates open to maximizing compensation and contributing to continuity of care across the system. Assignment Overview: Facility Type: Multi-Site Regional Health System Sites: 4 Hospitals – Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, and Carrollwood Coverage Structure: Onsite IR Monday – Friday (Day Shift); Optional Call Coverage Typical Procedures: Vascular Access Drainages & Biopsies GI Tubes & Biliary Procedures Embolizations Central Venous Catheters Peripheral Arterial Interventions Team Environment: Mixed modality group with IR support and General Diagnostic radiology resources Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology (ABR or equivalent) Active Florida Medical License or IMLC eligibility Availability for 2-4 weeks per month (minimum 1 week considered) Proficiency in core IR procedures with flexibility to support general radiology reads as needed Clean malpractice history and background for expedited credentialing Why Rhino?
