Your Tasks * Developing and rolling out a unified OpEx approach tailored to diverse business needs * Supporting strategic initiatives and driving excellence from the shop floor to senior leadership * Providing expert input to guide cultural transformation and ensure successful program adoption * Defining customized performance metricsno "one-size-fits-all" approach * Delivering impactful OpEx trainings and facilitating workshops to foster alignment and commitment * Coaching and mentoring OpEx Country Managers and their teams * Supporting key initiatives in Health & Safety, Quality, Performance, and Supply Chain, aligned with our OpEx program Your Profile * University degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or Finance * Proven experience in Lean methodologies, with a strong track record in applying Lean/Six Sigma tools across operations, commercial, and engineering areas * At least 3 years of experience in a global, multi-site organization, working across diverse functional and cultural teams. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data and identify root causes and improvement opportunities * Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement across various business functions * Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith the ability to build strong networks and deliver impactful presentations at all management levels * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a hands-on and collaborative approach * Fluent in English, both spoken and written * Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Our Offer An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you. Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 3.553,67 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
