Your Tasks * Developing and rolling out a unified OpEx approach tailored to diverse business needs * Supporting strategic initiatives and driving excellence from the shop floor to senior leadership * Providing expert input to guide cultural transformation and ensure successful program adoption * Defining customized performance metricsno "one-size-fits-all" approach * Delivering impactful OpEx trainings and facilitating workshops to foster alignment and commitment * Coaching and mentoring OpEx Country Managers and their teams * Supporting key initiatives in Health & Safety, Quality, Performance, and Supply Chain, aligned with our OpEx program Your Profile * University degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or Finance * Proven experience in Lean methodologies, with a strong track record in applying Lean/Six Sigma tools across operations, commercial, and engineering areas * At least 3 years of experience in a global, multi-site organization, working across diverse functional and cultural teams. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data and identify root causes and improvement opportunities * Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement across various business functions * Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith the ability to build strong networks and deliver impactful presentations at all management levels * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a hands-on and collaborative approach * Fluent in English, both spoken and written * Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Our Offer An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you.
