We’re Hiring: Senior Front-end Developer (React TypeScript) We are looking for a talented and experienced Front-end Developer to join our team. If you enjoy turning designs into beautiful, responsive applications and care about clean, scalable front-end architecture — we’d love to hear from you! You will work closely with designers and back-end developers to build a modern CRM platform that helps manage customer journeys, sales pipelines, and internal workflows. What you’ll be doing: This role is more than just writing front-end code. You’ll be part of the solution design process , contributing to UI/UX discussions , identifying potential improvements in design, and helping us build high-quality, user-friendly interfaces. Build and maintain front-end applications using React , TypeScript , and Vite Work with Figma designs and translate them into responsive and accessible interfaces Suggest improvements or detect issues in UI/UX designs before development Integrate with REST APIs , GraphQL , and handle JWT-based authentication Create interfaces that work smoothly across different screen sizes and resolutions Develop and maintain single-page applications (SPA) Write unit and integration tests to ensure stability and maintainability Integrate and use monitoring tools such as FullStory and Sentry Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers throughout the project lifecycle Must-have skills 3 years of front-end development experience Strong knowledge of React , TypeScript , and modern JavaScript (ES6) Experience working with Vite or similar modern front-end build tools Comfortable working with Figma and interpreting UI designs Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-device compatibility Experience using REST APIs , GraphQL , and JWT authentication Understanding of single-page applications (SPA) and client-side routing Familiarity with front-end testing tools (e.g. Jest, React Testing Library) Able to communicate clearly in English , both written and spoken A team player — proactive, responsible, and collaborative Nice-to-have skills Experience identifying and fixing UI/UX issues or inconsistencies in designs Knowledge of monitoring tools like FullStory , Sentry , or alternatives Understanding of performance optimization and frontend best practices Exposure to other front-end frameworks such as Vue , Angular , or Svelte Comfortable participating in code reviews and promoting clean, modular code What we value Ownership — you’re someone who takes initiative and sees things through Communication — you’re not afraid to ask questions, give feedback, or explain your ideas Collaboration — you work well with developers, designers, and stakeholders Craftsmanship — you care about building reliable, user-friendly interfaces Product thinking — you understand the bigger picture and care about user experience
