Solution Architect

The Role As a Solution Architect, you will help our customers and prospects understand how to use the Mia-Platform Suite. You will be a trusted and responsible advisor to a wide range of users from small to large enterprises. Key Responsibilities Working with the R&D product management team to convey the perception of the product roadmap and priorities; Improving our product’s demo and customer-facing internal technical enablement for sales people to improve understanding of core use cases and self-sufficiency in early deal stages; Pre-sales for target enterprise accounts, including new business, expansion, and account management for Mia-Platform suite and project services; Main industry: financial services; Working closely with our Mia-Platform Academy to improve dev training and product documentation Meet-up, public speaking and advocacy support Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3 years of software development experience High confidence with cloud-native environments Good knowledge of DevOps technologies Excellent knowledge of some of these cloud providers: Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, and OpenShift solutions Excellent knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Database (specifically mySQL and MongoDB) Excellent presentation and communication skills We offer Hybrid Workplace We believe in work-life balance and know that smart working is one of the tools to achieve a more human-scale lifestyle.
