Sous Chef, Italian Cuisine – Relocate to Jamaica! – Up to $35k We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Sous Chef who specialises in Italian Cuisine to join the culinary team at a modern luxury resort. The Italian Chef will oversee all Italian culinary operations on the resort, while taking a highly hands-on, floor-focused leadership role. Benefits: $30,000–$35,000 USD salary plus housing allowance and full relocation assistance Temporary accommodation and work permit provided as part of an expat support package Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, travel support, and more Requirements: Expert in Italian Cuisine Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a resort/hotel setting Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and creative food presentation. Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and guide a team of 20 or fewer. Proven ability to manage food costs, inventory, waste, and supply ordering.
