Sous Chef, Italian Cuisine – Relocate to Jamaica! – Up to $35k We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Sous Chef who specialises in Italian Cuisine to join the culinary team at a modern luxury resort. The Italian Chef will oversee all Italian culinary operations on the resort, while taking a highly hands-on, floor-focused leadership role.
