Mission of the position The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring staff treat guests courteously and that guest services and administrative duties are performed efficiently. Job Summary To manage all activities related to the Front Office Manager position effectively. What will you have to do? Ensure guests and visitors feel welcome and well cared for. Oversee employee schedules, train, support, and supervise front office staff. Ensure all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and promptly to enhance guest experience. Handle customer complaints and special requests. Schedule staff shifts and manage HR-related tasks. Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the reception area. Prepare monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations. Manage the departmental budget. What are we looking for? Proven experience in a similar role. University degree, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality. Accounting skills. Advanced proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Knowledge of hotel management tools. Financial knowledge. Understanding of hotel operations. Leadership and team motivation skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
