We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Yacht Operations Agent to join our team in Castellamare di Stabia, Campania, Italy! Role : The Yacht Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of yacht operations, ensuring smooth satisfaction for both crew and guests. This role involves managing clearance activities to ensure compliance with maritime regulations, logistics, scheduling maintenance and repairs, handling guest services, and coordinating with suppliers. Responsibilities : Act as the primary point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and crew members. Ensure a smooth yacht operations process by fully understanding clients’ needs. Plan and sell bespoke events and services that meet clients’ specific preferences. Utilize promotional techniques and materials effectively. Oversee logistical aspects of yacht operations, including provisioning and crew services. Collaborate with local service providers to secure necessary resources. Maintain relationships with local suppliers to guarantee the highest quality of services and products. Requirements : 2 years of experience. Proficiency in English. Driver’s license.
