The resource will join Minor Hotels Europe & Americas within the F&A Department based in Milan, supporting the Financial and Administration Team and the Head of Finance in accounting, administrative, and tax activities. The role involves working on the financial statement process and ensuring business tax compliance. What will you do? Bookkeeping and periodic accounting requirements for reporting tax purposes on a monthly basis. Support on annual fiscal declarations, periodic tax obligations, and tax payments. Manage relationships with external tax consultants and auditors. Conduct tax analysis for budgeting and forecasting purposes. Review fiscal procedures and monitor updates in local tax legislation, highlighting issues and potential fiscal benefits to the local team. Provide support for fiscal and administrative project tasks. Interact daily with HQ colleagues, other Business Units abroad, and the Share Service Center. What are we looking for? Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Three to five years of experience in a similar position. Confidence with IFRS and Generally Accepted Accounting Standards. Business-fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus. Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of MS Office. SAP and HFM experience is a plus. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented, motivated to learn, and willing to handle a variety of tasks from routine to complex. Why choose us?
