We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst in our Italy office. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic record with demonstrated interest in corporate strategy, corporate finance, and real estate. Responsibilities Invoice Management: Accurately record invoices for both the management and holding company. Payment Preparation: Prepare payments for operational expenses (OPEX), capital expenditures (CAPEX), and taxes to be sent to the treasury. Support Documentation: Create detailed support files for the headquarters, including working capital, CAPEX, OPEX details, and tax reports. Financial Assistance: Support the headquarters in various financial activities. Audit Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with auditors and external advisors to ensure compliance and accuracy. Key Competencies Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 2 years of experience in Big4 firms. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially MS Excel. SAP knowledge. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
