Role definition We are looking for Onsite Field Support Network Engineer CCNA Certified - Network who has knowledge and skills in configuring, deploying, and Troubleshooting in Network data domain. This role will be responsible for providing specialist guidance on to provide the technical support cisco routing, switching and wireless. This is for a Fixed Term Contract (Duration - 6 months). Expected qualification and critical experiences – CCNA certification or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols. Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds) Ability to troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 network issues. Troubleshooting & Implementation Experience in core Routing protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MP-BGP, SDWAN and WIRELESS. Good experience in Cisco Campus and DC switches. He would be required to replace or deploy Network devices such as Router / Switches. Troubleshooting & Implementation experience in WAN protocols & service providers. Basic knowledge of Cisco Wireless (Access points and WLC) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Provide first-level troubleshooting for network issues such as connectivity problems, device malfunctions, and basic configuration issues Mandatory Skills and Certification: Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols. Recommended Certification: CCNA Good Communication skills At least 2–5-year Network Domain Experience.
