Product Compliance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory and quality compliance across our leather & textile goods portfolio. This role ensures that all products, from handbags to accessories, meet applicable safety, chemical, labeling, and sustainability standards in global markets. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Ensure compliance with international and local regulations (e.g., REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65, Leather Working Group standards, etc.). Monitor and manage chemical compliance related to tanning, dyes, and finishes (e.g., chromium VI, azo dyes, phthalates). Work closely with sourcing and manufacturing teams to embed compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure accurate product labeling and materials traceability in line with regional requirements (e.g., country of origin, care labels, material composition). Stay abreast of evolving regulations, sustainability standards, and industry best practices. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure upstream compliance and ethical sourcing (e.g., animal welfare, restricted substances). Reviewing and optimizing processes and workflows to provide more strategic support to our Maisons HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Master’s Degree in Management Engineering 5 years’ experience in product compliance or quality management, preferably in fashion goods. In-depth knowledge of relevant product safety and chemical regulations (e.g., REACH, LWG, RSLs). Experience with third-party testing, certification processes, and compliance platforms. 5 years of experience as a People Manager Good level of written and spoken English Strong organizational and communication skills.
